If you are dealing with a relationship break-up, you may be:

  • Struggling to accept that your relationship is over.
  • Unsure how to rebuild your life.
  • Under pressure to be okay from well-meaning friends and family.
  • Desperate to start feeling hopeful about the future and clearer about what you want.

Like anyone who’s feeling a bit lost, you might be missing the two vital things that could make a huge difference to your Recovery Journey – a guidebook and a map.

Local author and tutor, Margaret K Johnson gives you just that in her new workbook for recovery from relationship break-up – The Four Seasons of Breakupvia.

The workbook uses practical activities and specialist writing therapy exercises to take you through all four season of Recovery from relationship break-up, helping you to:

  • Accept what’s happened to you.
  • Take care of yourself.
  • Deal with anger issues and grief.
  • Deepen you self-love and self-esteem.
  • Trust and feel hopeful again.
  • Put you in touch with your amazing future.

Margaret would like you to join her for the Norwich launch of her book, and to invite you to take part in a FREE workshop. During the workshop, you will learn which season of recovery you are in, and have the opportunity to try out some of the exercises in a supportive atmosphere with others in the same situation as yourself. There will also be the opportunity to sign up for a course to accompany the book. All course members will receive a free copy of The Four Seasons of Breakupvia.
