Abby Hoffman

I am a Senior Yoga teacher registered with the UK Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching for 15 years and practising yoga for approximately 30. I have studied and practiced in the major lineages of Hatha yoga (Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow) and qualified to teach through Yoga Campus London (formerly the Life Centre). I was the founder of the Yoga Room, Norwich’s first dedicated yoga centre and have taught throughout the UK and in Europe.

I currently specialise in working with dancers and performers and have run teacher training programmes since 2012

My classes are rooted in the yoga traditions yet tailored to modern lifestyles and take into account individual bodies. I teach from a strong physical and anatomical perspective and encourage you to find and experience the more subtle aspects of yoga for yourself…
