I discovered the benefits of yoga over 15 years ago and have practiced a range of styles ever since including Hatha, Dynamic, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.

Teaching yoga is one of the most joyful and rewarding parts of my life and I am particularly appreciative of my students who are also my teachers. I enjoy all forms of yoga and draw on different styles to structure classes using specific elements from each method, e.g. the detail and precision employed in Iyengar with the dynamism and vigour required for Dynamic, Ashtanga or Vinyasa flow. One method is not better than another – each method has individual characteristics which allowing for a creative practice.

My classes always include focus on pranayama techniques and I take a holistic approach to structuring each class. I qualified as a Dynamic teacher with Johnny Fincham and have been teaching Dynamic yoga ever since as well as therapeutic yoga at a local clinic.
