Sophie has been teaching in Norwich and North Norfolk since 2015. She believes that you is for everybody and every body. Whilst Sophie occasionally enjoys a stronger practice, for her, yoga is and always will be so much more than back-bending and headstands. It is about deep, honest listening and truth-telling. She believes that the way you breathe is the way you live. The simple act of reconnection to the self through awareness of the breath allows us to reclaim the power of oneness.
Sophie teaches weekly at the Wellbeing Centre, Monday evenings (6:30-7:45) and Tuesday evenings (6-7pm & 7-8pm)
