Room Hire

At the Norwich Wellbeing Centre we have a range of beautiful treatment rooms and event/meeting rooms, which are available to hire at highly competitive rates.

Feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. Our rooms are regularly used for training, meetings, social gatherings and performances, as well as one to one counselling and therapies.

Park View Room

Park View Room is is our most elegant event/meeting room. With its beautiful wooden floor and large window, which looks out onto Chapelfield Park – this room is an ideal location for a meeting, class or small conference.

Rates start from £22/hour, £82 for a half-day and £120 for a full day, and can include refreshments, IT equipment and WI-FI access (subject to prior arrangement).

Due to social distancing requirements, we are currently using the Park View room as a waiting area for people waiting to see therapists. This means that the room is not available during the week.

Treatment Rooms

We have 7 treatment rooms available to local therapists, counsellors, and practitioners. All the rooms have three chairs suitable for counselling or meditation for one to one or couple sessions, and massage tables, chairs and other accessories are available.

Water containers and tissues are accessible in all rooms.

Rates start from £11.00/hour and £60.00 for a full day.

Garden Room

On the Ground Floor of the building we have a large room, which is used mainly for large classes, events and workshops. This beautiful space, known as Garden Room, is named as such because it looks out onto our garden which is being transformed into a beautiful green space full of flowers, medicinal herbs and plants.

Rates start from £35/hour, £120 for a half-day and £140 for a full day, and can include refreshments, IT equipment and Wi-Fi access (subject to prior arrangement).

The Gallery

Our largest room with an integrated overhead projector and speakers, this room is excellent for training and large classes.

Rates start from £45/hour, £120 for a half-day and £165 for a full day. Prices can include refreshments and Wi-Fi access (subject to prior arrangement).
