Calm in the City is holding a Yoga Taster Session for Beginners; for those who may never have practised Yoga before and would like to know and experience what it is all about!
Rachel will take you through some warm up movements, transitioning into holding some basic postures to get a feel for what it is like to stretch, strengthen and tone your body and what it feels like to invoke the essence of those postures.
The session will be aimed at Beginners, however all levels are welcome. The session is by donation and will be used for the cost of the room hire.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, mats will be provided but if you would like to use your own then please bring it with you. You may also wish to bring a blanket to keep you warm and cosy for a yummy relaxation at the end of the practice. Variations and adaptations will be made if necessary to suit each attendee.
