David Spicer will be presenting a 6 week Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques (SMART) programme. The course commences Friday 23rd October and lasts 6 weeks.
Organised by the Norwich Zen Group, this was an all day event teaching people about the benefits of Meditation and how to do it themselves. Based on Soto Zen Buddhist principles, the day was led by Zen Monk Moku Guo Adrian Tuttiett, one of the principal teachers at the Bristol Dojo.
