Calm in the City is holding another Yoga Taster Session at Norwich Wellbeing Centre for those who may never have practised Yoga before or have and would like to get back into regular practice, as well as for those who are interested in what it is like to attend a Yoga class or for those who would just like to try a different teacher and location!
Rachel will take you through some warm up movements, transitioning into holding various postures to get a feel for what it is like to stretch and strengthen your body and what it feels like to invoke the essence of those postures.
The session is free to attend, although a very small donation towards the cost of the room hire would be appreciated if this is possible for you.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, mats will be provided but if you would like to use your own then please bring it with you. You may also wish to bring a blanket and/or cushion to keep you warm, comfortable & cosy for a yummy relaxation at the end of the practice. Variations and adaptations will be made if necessary to suit each attendee.
