Three bite-size workshops sessions on Saturday 30th January at a time which suits you best are an introduction to simple Mindfulness techniques. You will learn how to use Mindfulness in your everyday lives to gain more focus, de-stress and increase your well-being on all levels. Mindfulness makes us aware of our physical and emotional energy through our Chakras, the energy centres of our bodies which correspond to our physical and emotional health.
You will learn plain and simple Mindfulness and chakra awareness techniques to revitalize yourself easily and instantly.

Vanda’s Holistic energy work has spanned over 25 years when she first qualified in I.T.E.C Massage. She later studied Reiki which stimulated her interest in Body and Mind energy.
Over the years, Vanda has worked as a Therapeutic massage practitioner in Health Clubs across the region including Center Parcs, in London at ‘On-Site’ Events and exclusively through recommendation, as well as being a Well-Being Coach for corporate businesses.
