Declutter Your Life! Make room for what really matters!

Come to a talk by life coach and holistic therapist, Sue Bayliss

Are you surrounded by too much stuff? Finding it hard to lose those Christmas pounds? Wondering where to store the presents? Overwhelmed by emails and texts, posts on Facebook and messages on Twitter? Assailed by the grim news on TV?  At work (and at home) is there always too much to do and not enough time to do it in? Do your friends sometimes ring you to tell you their woes and expect you to support them no matter how you feel? Do the demands on you crowd keep coming? At night is your mind sometimes full of unwanted thoughts and fears for the future?

We are living in a time of excess and this is impacting our health and mental health. Decluttering your life is not an easy task in a consumer society and help may be needed. How would it feel if you were surrounded only by things you love, eating the foods you know are healthy and tasty, keeping technology and its demands at bay and choosing carefully what you watch and read? How different would you feel setting boundaries with your kids, partner and friends, no longer feeling at their beck and call. You don’t have to become a minimalist or check into a Zen monastery. Just come to the talk, pick up Sue’s tips and make it the first day of the rest of your life, the life you really want! Make time for the things that really matter.

When, where and how much:

The talk will be on Wednesday 27th January, at 7.00 pm. It will be at the Norwich Wellbeing Centre, 15 Chapelfield East, Norwich, NR2 1SF.

Free of charge, refreshments available – bring friends and colleagues. Email sue@sulisconsulting.com to secure a place or just turn up on the night. Check out my website: www.sulisconsulting.com
