This workshop focuses on part of the Lotus Neigong International syllabus relating to the lower Dantian. What is the lower Dantian? How do we develop it and why? What lifestyle changes do we need to maintain to sustain this process?
This workshop is suitable for complete newbies as well as regular practitioners. The day will involve standing, sitting and lying down with regular breaks. Short lectures and hand-outs will be provided. Although Cindy has a serious approach to the depth of this work, she always makes humour an important part of the day
