First Degree Reiki Course

The course will be facilitated by me and led by experience Reiki Master, Margaret Rose, who has been teaching Reiki for 25 years. Margaret has a deep love of Reiki and a down-to-earth approach; her courses are always joyful and uplifting, with plenty of laughter and warmth!

Margaret teaches traditional Reiki, honouring the spiritual lineage of Mikai Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata and Phyllis Furumoto.

During the course participants will:

• learn about the history of Reiki and the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage
• receive 4 initiations
• learn and practice the hand positions for daily Reiki self treatment
• learn how to give a full Reiki treatment to friends and family
• receive a full treatment from fellow participants
• learn about the possible physical and emotional responses to Reiki and about aftercare
• have time to discuss and explore their experiences and ask questions
• receive a certificate on completion of the course

We keep the course numbers small so that everyone receives plenty of support and guidance and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The course is taught in the peaceful space the the Norwich Wellbeing Centre and refreshments are provided.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure a place.
