Learn how to enhance your daily health, happiness and well-being with the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural Reiki healing.

The course is led by experienced Reiki Master, Margaret Rose, who has been teaching Reiki for 25 years, Margaret has a warm, down-to-earth approach and teaches traditional Reiki, honouring the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata and Phyllis Furumoto.

During the course, participants will:

• Receive four initiations into Reiki Ususi Shiki Ryoho
• Learn about the history of Reiki
• Learn and practice the sequence of hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• Practice self-treatment
• Give treatments to others
• Learn how people might respond, physically and emotionally, to Reiki treatments
• Receive a certificate at the end of the course

No previous experience is required. The course will be taught in a small, friendly group with an open and supportive atmosphere.
