Mindfulness Day

We hosted a free ‘Mindfulness Day’ organised by MAP (Mancroft Advice Project). Mindfulness is being aware of what is actually happening in the present rather than your preconceived expectations or emotional reactions. Mindfulness can thus help people to recognise their habitual patterns of thinking/talking which have developed over time – allowing people to respond in new rather than habitual ways to their life and to improve wellbeing.
