Learn a short set of Qigong forms to cultivate our understanding of ‘Relaxing to Expand’ and experiencing a ‘State of Balanced Awareness’. Both skills greatly enhance our opportunity for self-healing and clear the way for more advanced energy work. After the success of the last workshop, we are pleased to be welcoming back Cindy Engel to take us deeper with our Qigong practice.
This workshop is suitable for newbies and regular Qigong practitioners.
