Self Compassion: the power of being kind to yourself

In this relaxed and informal morning workshop, Sarah will introduce the basic concept of mindfulness and self compassion, and share how the practice of being kind to yourself, less critical and embracing a more self compassionate self, can lead to a happier and more fulfilling life for ourselves and others.

  • Simple mindfulness techniques to create inner calm
  • Practice self-compassion and kindness in your daily life
  • Explore how we speak to ourselves affects our mood, confidence and well being
  • Decrease stress and anxiety
  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
  • Letting go of perfection and releasing judgement

Suitable for:  Women wanting to feel a greater sense of inner peace and gain a better understanding of themselves. Our workshop is open to participants over the age of 16.
