Tula Yoga September Secret Session
Thursday 8th September 2016, 18:00-21:00
Come and join me for an evening of yoga, meditation, relaxation and delicious food.
The evening is designed to relax the body and mind by activating the vagus nerve, and will consist of:
- A yoga practice
- Delicious food by A Gluten Free Year
- A pranayama exercise that will leave you feeling more blissed out than you ever thought possible!
The food can be catered to any dietary need.
