A new set of Yoga classes is starting on Thursday 28th August at 7:30pm – 8:30pm. They will run every Thursday from 7:30pm.
The course is for beginners, teaching Hatha Yoga , and instructed by Minna Tukianen.
The class will focus on strengthening the core muscles. A strong core can help to keep your body in a good posture and alignment and also reduce lower back aches and pains.
