A new set of Yoga classes is starting on Thursday 12th February at 7:30pm – 8:30pm for six weeks
The course is for beginners, teaching Hatha Yoga , and instructed by Minna Tukianen.
The class will focus on strengthening the core muscles. A strong core can help to keep your body in a good posture and alignment and also reduce lower back aches and pains.
The classes cost £42 for the whole six week course, or £8.50 per drop in.

Minna has practised Yoga for nearly 20 years, mainly Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. She is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. Minna is a qualified nurse and has been working in the health care sector for over 10 years.
